General Quality and Sustainability Policy
1. QUALITY GUARANTEE
The satisfaction of our Customers, External Suppliers and Employees is the reason for our daily work. Our guests are the priority when planning and developing our Services and Products. Our improvement objectives are based on their opinions and suggestions.
We systematize our Quality and Sustainability Management by implementing Operating Systems that include Work and Continuous Improvement Procedures, which allow us to meet the requirements demanded by our Customers and our Environment, applying Local, Regional, National and International Legal Regulations.
2. SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to environmental protection and we strive to reduce and minimize the impacts on the environment. We separate waste, reduce water and energy consumption, adapt infrastructures to the environment and manage hazardous waste discharges through authorized managers. We promote sustainability through Local Suppliers and prioritize products that are less aggressive to the environment, including transport and packaging; we participate in solidarity in local activities.
3. HUMAN RESOURCES SAFETY AND HEALTH
The staff is our greatest asset; we express our social commitment and responsibility in the employment relationship with our Employees, based on personal and professional development, support, respect and fair assessment, as well as strict compliance with the legislation in all areas related to their work activity and Human Rights. We value the contributions of all Employees, creativity and involvement in the defined objectives, respecting freedom of association and Equality Policies. We are committed to prevention, control of occupational risks and the development of actions that improve the Safety and Health of our Employees and Customers.
4. CHILD PROTECTION
We avoid any type of discrimination and any form of exploitation, including child sexual exploitation, involving Employees, Collaborators, External Suppliers and Customers. We also participate in the SOS Children's Villages project, where children are protected by giving them a stable and safe family environment.
5. PURCHASES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
We apply strict procedures regarding the evaluation and selection of Collaborators and External Suppliers based on the application of current legislation on the Environment, Human Resources policy and Child Protection. We prioritize Local Suppliers and support the development of the Local Community in a supportive manner.
The General Quality and Sustainability Policy is available to Collaborators, External Suppliers and Customers and will be known by all Employees and promoted through the corresponding training actions.
