At the “Góndola” à la carte restaurant, we will offer a traditional Italian cuisine service with the highest level of gastronomy and service. We have designed a menu of meticulously selected dishes, using top quality ingredients from our land as a base.
The burrata caprese salad with pesto (with local tomato and burrata made in the Canary Islands), the tasty Spaghetti carbonara with black pork pancetta (from the Canary Islands livestock sector) or the grilled octopus with its mojos and black potatoes (native product), in addition to a select selection of meat and fish, are some of the numerous creations that we present crowned by an extensive wine list and exquisite desserts.
Guests with Half Board or Full Board will enjoy a 25% discount on food prices (drinks not included).
