INTERNAL TRANSPARENCY POLICY

This document contains the policies on transparency in the management and publication of ICHIBAN S.L. (Club Maspalomas Suites & SPA). Through this internal policy, ICHIBAN S.L. makes known to society how we act, providing easy access to our economic, financial data and all information that reflects our work in the business field.

We have drafted some basic action points, establishing an appropriate mechanism to facilitate accessibility to published data and the reuse of information. These points are as follows:

· Annual publication of the Annual Report on the evaluation of the application of the Canary Islands Transparency Law
· Identification of the sources of annual subsidies received by the entity.
· General audit of the entity's accounts
· Publication on the website of the organization chart and operation, services we provide and ways to access them, news and articles of interest.
· And everything that, as a Society, we must collect according to Law 12/2014 on Transparency of the Government of the Canary Islands.
